Shipping Policy Once you've placed your order, you just want it to arrive, so we dispatch as quickly as possible.

Where your order ships from UK orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Birmingham, United Kingdom. EU orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in Dublin, Ireland. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order being confirmed.

Estimated delivery times United Kingdom: 1-3 business days. Ireland: 1-2 business days. Rest of EU: 3-6 business days. Rest of the world: 7-14 business days.

Customs UK orders ship from within the UK and EU orders ship from within the EU, so customers in the UK and EU won't typically be charged customs fees. If you're outside the UK/EU, your order may be subject to local customs charges set by your country's regulations.
