Request a return

Submit a return request within six months after your purchase. Click the profile icon in the menu to log in, or sign in as described below.

1. Log in to your account:

• Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue".
• Go to your inbox, open the email from us, and copy the four-digit verification code.
• Return to the online store and enter the code.
• You can log in by clicking here.

2. Select order:

• Find the order you wish to return and click "Request return".
• If the order contains multiple items, select the products you want to send back.
• Choose a reason for the return and add a comment to us if you'd like.
• Click "Request return".

What happens next? If your request is approved and the item is to be returned, you'll receive an email with instructions and a return label. Once we've received the item, your refund will be processed.
