Shipping Policy We know the feeling – once you've placed your order, you just want it to arrive. We do our best to get your iGlow products to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partner in Dublin, Ireland within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed.

Estimated delivery times 🇮🇪 Ireland: 1–2 business days ⭐ Within EU: 3–6 business days 🌎 Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Customs As we ship from within the EU, customers in EU countries won't typically be charged customs fees. If you're outside the EU, your order may be subject to local customs charges – these are set by your country's regulations and are outside our control.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Order cancellation Changed your mind? No worries – you can cancel or modify your order within one hour of placing it by emailing us at post@iglow.me. After that, your order will already be on its way to you.

Damaged or missing items If anything arrives damaged or is missing from your order, please let us know on the same day of delivery by emailing post@iglow.me and we'll sort it out for you.
