1)Β If you are experiencing any issues with an iGlow Product or have questions please send an e-mail toΒ post@iglow.meΒ Please provideΒ your order number and a description of the issue – and include picturesΒ if the product is damaged. This will help us collect theΒ information we need to help you as fast as possible.

2)Β If you regret your purchase you may return the item(s).*Β To be eligible for a refund item(s) must be returned in aΒ re-sellable and be in un-used condition. *Any seal must not be broken*. Please include your order number and send an email to post@iglow.me and we will provide the return information.Β 

3)Β Once we have received and inspected the returned items we will issue a refund of the original payment as long as the return criteria is fulfilled.Β 

4)Β You will receive a confirmation by email when your return isΒ final.Β 


*The rules on returning liquid content differs from country to country. Please reach out toΒ post@iglow.meΒ if you are experiencing any issues with returning it from your country. Return shipping costs will not be refunded in addition to the refund issued for the products.
